Liberals/ Conservatives/ Americans/ Millennial anyone who knows America as Diverse nation of Immigrants – Please wake up!!!!
This was the Diversity that America had back in 1990’s and living a American dream was true. But beginning 2000 the corporate sector has been exploiting our visa system, outsourcing the jobs and getting foreign workers on H1B, OPT, H4EAD and L1 visas from just one country (INDIA) past 20 years. Now as a result the diversity is killed, the Corporates made the billions and Americans are getting laid out of jobs. If we were the land of immigrants we should have given the opportunity to the Immigrants from all over the world who had the American dream. Instead the Government lied that they are welcoming foreign workers from all over the world and Corporates lied they have labor shortage and got their foreign workers from just from one country INDIA . 95% of people coming through legal immigration are Indians on H1B,L2, OPT visas H1b since 2000 sponsored by Corporates and Indian consulting companies ( ICC’s) .
The reason all the fraud and abuse is going on is Americans think many don’t work in IT field, so its none of their business. But look how this business model impacted to other sectors-Every other sector is firing American workers and bringing in cheap foreign visa workers and essentially from one country. Right now its not just IT but Accounting, Medical, Healthcare ,Media and other sectors too that are using the same corporate model to bring foreign workers on these visas for less.
Capping the H1b visas, is the only way to save American jobs, stop ICC’s visa abuse , welcome people from all over the world (ROW) and maintain diversity.
Instead of working on solutions Congress and the Senate are making sure the corporates make billions and fire all the American workers and never have people from Rest of World (ROW) except INDIANS.
Please google the Racist Bill S .386 sponsored by Senator R-Mike Lee and Senator D-Kamala Harris which allows 100% of the Green Cards to just one country INDIA for the next 20 years and nothing for Rest of the world (ROW). The H1B visa workers claim they are stuck in huge Green card backlog. The real reason is simple : All the H1B- visas were snatched away from rest of world and given to only Indian workers by Corporates and Indian consulting companies in lottery system.
If there was country cap on all visas especially H1B the rest of world would have gotten an equal opportunity to come to USA. The Indian consulting companies would not have abused the system with filing H1B for thousands of workers with fake resumes in the name of specialty occupation, the Corporates would not have Outsourced the jobs laying off workers.
Is this the America that Liberals/Democrats are fighting for? Saying we are land of Immigrants and internally give all the visas to one country INDIA and shut doors to rest of world(ROW)?
Is this the America Conservatives/Republicans are fighting for? Saying we need only legal immigration and no illegal immigration and let the Corporates, Indians consulting companies get workers on H1b from just one country(India) and monopolize our country with Fraud Visa abuse and leave us with student debts/Layoffs.
Legal Immigration is more abused than Illegal Immigration and that needs to be fixed now.
It doesn’t matter for corporates if you are Liberal/Conservative/ Students with Debt Loans to fire and outsource your jobs bring in more foreign workers from one country India.
So Anyone who cares about their Jobs/ Future education/ Student Loans/ Diversity/ Lay offs – Please be informed, educated and speak up against these H1b Visa abuse/ Diversity and job killing bills like S.386
I see only one small group @USTechWorkers in Twitter/FB with 2000 people which fight against this biggest threat in America. Where is the rest of 325 Million people and why are they not fighting for this plague driven by Corporates/ Congress/ Indian consulting firms.
What is the point of Education in America if you know you are going got be laid off no matter what field you pick up. What is the future of diversity in America if only one country(India) is Monopolizing and kicking out the rest of the world.
Please Wake up Americans, Its all ready late. There is nothing you can do to fix what is lost but there is little left to fix if you choose to acknowledge the real threat to our nation.
And what is the Real Problem? Below is the Real problem. Almost all workplaces in USA with 100% Indians…( Walmart head quarters, Microsoft, Deloitte to name a few)
